Snow in Tottori
Daisen White Resort is a local bus ride up from Yonago Station to Daisenji, and the slopes look out to the Sea of Japan. Most of the ski areas are in the west around Mount Daisen, with one more on Hyonosen in Wakasa at the eastern edge. Snow lies deeper in the Chugoku Mountains than on the plains, and on the plains the east gets more than the centre and west.
